Singapore Airlines and Emirates are recognized as the best in the world for the quality of service provided inside the passenger cabin.

In February, the AirlineRatings 2025 World’s greatest Cabin Awards recognized the airlines with the greatest cabins, ranging from first to economy. The awards recognize airlines that provide the finest comfort, quality service, and experience for passengers across all classes.

Airlines offering exceptional cabin service

Singapore Airlines wins Best First Class for its Skyroom Suite. The cabin includes a separate fold-down bed with a luxurious duvet and cushion. The headrest is adjustable with gas springs, allowing passengers to watch movies while reclining.

The runner-up is Etihad Airways, which has a first-class cabin with privacy doors, entirely flat beds, high-quality bedding, and a calming lighting system. The gastronomic service is exceptional, with passengers served à la carte meals on porcelain plates and glasses. On select flights, passengers can also order food from a private chef based on their preferences.

Best Business Class: Qatar Airways triumphs with Qsuite, a 1-2-1 seating configuration (1 seat – aisle – 2 seats – aisle – 1 seat) that provides optimum privacy. Each room features a sliding door, a big bed, and modern technologies to improve the experience.

Emirates (pictured) and Qantas share the top spot in premium economy, outperforming competitors with a combination of spaciousness, deep-reclining seats, cushions and blankets, and business-class cuisine.

Best Value Premium Economy Class: Vietnam Airlines wins for the second year in a row because to its low cost and excellent service. The meals are the same as in economy class, but passengers benefit from speedy check-in, early boarding, wide seating in a 2-3-2 configuration, and up to 107cm seat pitch on the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

Best Economy Class: Korean Air leads with the world’s largest economy cabin, providing comfort. Passengers love the additional seat pitch and legroom. The airline also improves the flight experience by providing amenities such as in-cabin slippers and larger-than-average meal portions.
