Sasco maintains a second business lounge at T3 terminal

The Sens Business Lounge, located on the fourth level of Tan Son Nhat Terminal 3, opened on April 28 to provide passengers with convenient amenities while also promoting Vietnamese culture.

This is Sasco’s second business lounge in domestic terminal T3, close to the Lotus Lounge. According to a spokesman from the operational unit, The Sens not only satisfies worldwide service standards, but also exemplifies the ethos of blending heritage with modernity.

The room is inspired by the Vietnamese silk weaving hamlet, with curves emulating looms and motifs evocative of Southern silk patterns, resulting in an exquisite, sophisticated, and one-of-a-kind beauty.

What is The Sens?

The moniker “The Sens” is an abbreviation for “Service Excellence to Nurture Satisfaction”. The lounge spans 543 m2 and contains 170 chairs. It is separated into several parts, including a magnificent reception area, private resting space, art corner, business area, discussion room, and high-class buffet. The design is optimized for passengers’ comfort and privacy.

The cuisine of The Sens is eclectic, ranging from Asia to Europe, with traditional Vietnamese dishes standing out. The open kitchen allows guests to immediately see cooks preparing hot food on the spot, resulting in a dynamic and intimate gastronomic experience.

Sasco thinks that each service staff at The Sens is like a “artisan” contributing to creating a memorable experience for customers during the trip with the motto “Weaving emotions – touching the essence”.

The Sens Business Lounge now serves passengers who are members of programs like Priority Pass, LoungeKey, and DragonPass, as well as priority customers of linked banks like Vietcombank and BIDV, and partners like Viettel and Mobifone. Passengers departing from Terminal T3 can pre-book services at sasco.com.vn and save 15% when ordering online and 10% when purchasing directly at the lounge. The promotion runs till June 30.
