Georgia’s First Exclusive Co-Branded Product

This card is Georgia’s first co-branded bank card with an international airline, reflecting TBC Georgia’s strategy to enhance its retail banking services. The card is exclusively available to customers of TBC Concept 360 and TBC Wealth Management — the bank’s premium and private banking services. The Turkish Airlines Visa card allows customers to earn miles at every stage of their international journey, including booking flights and accommodation, using transportation, dining at restaurants, as well as domestic flights and hotel bookings within Georgia.

Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding

The Memorandum of Understanding between TBC Georgia, Turkish Airlines, and Visa, enabling the issuance of this premium debit card, was signed on June 12 in Istanbul. Miles earned with the card can be redeemed via the Turkish Airlines app or website to book flights, purchase extra baggage, upgrade cabin class, select seats, or shop at the airline’s online store.

Cardholder Benefits

In addition to earning miles, cardholders enjoy exclusive perks such as ten access passes to airport lounges and fast-track security lanes for themselves and up to three travel companions, discounts on taxi rides to and from Tbilisi International Airport, discounted international internet roaming, and more.

Commitment and Market Position of TBC Georgia

This groundbreaking product demonstrates TBC Georgia’s ongoing commitment to enhancing its retail banking offering and strengthening its position as the country’s market leader. Building on the success of its flagship debit product, the TBC Card, which has been issued to over 260,000 customers as of Q1 2025 (tripling year-on-year), the Turkish Airlines Visa debit card is set to deliver additional value to premium retail customers, fostering deeper loyalty and engagement.

Leadership Statements

Vakhtang Butskhrikidze, CEO of TBC Bank Group, stated:
“This first-of-its-kind partnership with Turkish Airlines and Visa reflects our dedication to redefining the banking experience in Georgia. By combining the strengths of three trusted brands, we are proud to offer a product designed to make travel simpler, more rewarding, and more convenient for our premium banking clients.”

Arif Ali Gezmisoglu, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Turkish Airlines, added:
“We are pleased to launch this co-branded card in partnership with TBC and Visa, offering Georgian customers new ways to benefit from their everyday spending. This collaboration focuses on enhancing the travel experience beyond the flight and creating additional value for our passengers.”
